1. US Size Conversion

All measurements are of the ring's inner diameter and circumference. The most common ring sizes are US 6–9 — all of them are listed below.

Because the band is open and adjustable, every size between the ones listed is covered — half sizes are never a problem.

3. How to Measure

Three ways to find your size. Method 1 is the most accurate.

3.1 Method 1 — Measure a ring you already own (Most Accurate)

1. Take a ring that fits the finger you are buying for.

2. Lay it flat and measure straight across the inside, from wall to wall (do not include the band itself).

3. Note the measurement in millimetres and match it to the Inner Diameter column above.

Figure 1 — Measure straight across the inside of the ring. Multiply by 3.14 to get the circumference, or look the diameter up in the table above.

3.2 Method 2 — Paper strip or string (At Home)

1. Cut a thin strip of paper (or use a non-stretchy string).

2. Wrap it around the base of your finger, snug but able to slide over the knuckle.

3. Mark where the ends meet, lay the strip flat and measure the length in millimetres.

4. That number is your inner circumference — match it in the tables above.

Figure 2 — Wrap, mark the overlap, then lay the strip flat against a ruler. The length in mm is your inner circumference.

3.3 Method 3 — Ring sizer or finger gauge (Reusable)

If you have a ring sizer (a set of metal rings or a plastic gauge), slide each one on until you find the size that passes your knuckle with slight resistance. Since our bands are adjustable, pick the closest size to that — the ring will do the rest.

Figure 3 — No ring sizer at hand? Stand the ring on a ruler and read the inner diameter across the widest point, then check it against the table. A ring sizer reads the circumference for you directly.

4. Measuring Tips

· Measure late in the day. Fingers are slightly larger in the afternoon and evening than in the morning.

· Mind the temperature. Cold hands measure up to half a size smaller — avoid measuring when you are freezing.

· Watch your knuckle. If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.

· Wide bands feel tighter. If you are between sizes, go up half a size.

· Measure 2–3 times and take the average — paper strips can shift slightly.

· Both hands differ. Your dominant hand is usually a little larger.

5. Fitting an Adjustable Ring

Open the band gently. Hold the ring in both hands and ease the two ends apart until it slides comfortably over your knuckle — never force it over the finger.

Settle it at the base. Once on, press the ends inward slightly until the ring sits snugly without pinching the skin.

Set it once. Adjust while the ring is off your finger, then avoid repeated bending — this keeps the metal strong and the shape true.

Our adjustable rings comfortably cover US 6.5–8.5 and EU 53–58 — which includes most of the commonly worn sizes (US 6–9). If you are exactly a US 6 or US 9, the band can still be eased by roughly a quarter size, but we recommend choosing a style guaranteed to cover your size.
